Q7: I accessed the eAIM site using a supported Web browser (Chrome, or Edge) and clicked the Accept button on the System Use Policy message box, but the eAIM Home Page won’t load (it just refreshes or “flashes” and continues to display the Warning Message). What is wrong?You may be experiencing this because the browser is currently not set to accept session cookies. You can resolve this issue by changing the browser’s session cookie settings, as eAIM requires acceptance. (Note: If your organization has restricted access to browser settings, follow your organization’s process for resolving system-permissions issues). Q8: Where can I find training materials for eAIM?A: You can find eAIM User Instructions, Training Resources, FAQs, and other related information by navigating to the eAIM menu bar and selecting the Resources menu. Q9: Does eAIM provide any user assistance or “Help” resources?
A: User assistance or “Help” topics are accessed through the Help link (Refer to the image below), and the entire user help module can be accessed through the eAIM menu bar and selecting the Resources menu. The Resources screen also provides a link to the eAIM User Guide.
